Newborn
You can walk away with every little bit of detail that you love the most, the tiny tufts of hair, pouty lips and wriggly toes. This is the time of their life, and yours, that flies by the quickest. So have your own piece of time frozen in a picture to cherish forever.
Newborn sessions are best to be booked between 7-14 days old so we can get those timeless, curly, squishy poses. Your little one will still be in their little newborn bubble and most likely milk drunk so this makes for a super sleepy baby and a smooth session.

When is the best time to book a newborn session?
If you are interested in booking a session with me it is best to book as soon as you have a due date, to guarantee a spot. The session will ideally take place around 7-14 days old, but I still photograph 'newborns' around 4 weeks old too. After that, they're a lot more alert and awake, so the sleepy, curled up pictures you get aren't always guaranteed, but we will still get beautiful shots of older babies too
Do I need to prepare anything for a session?
Nope. I have everything we will need for the session. Just bring yourself and baby along. There will be plenty of time to stop for feeds, nappy changes and cuddles.
Is there anything I need to know about having a newborn session?
You may not need the full session time. Some babies sleep the whole time and don't wake for feeds. This means we will finish a lot quicker than a baby that needs to feed a few times or is restless. Everything is at babys pace, so there will be no rushing to get finished
